This dog is sold as a Pet. Pet quality simply refers to the dog being sold as a pet and companion only, not for breeding purposes or hunting. Seller guarantees the puppy to be purebred and from healthy stock at time of breeding. The puppy is not being sold with breeding rights.
This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog; payment is in cash, money order, cashier’s check or PayPal.
The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying heath record of said GSP. This dog has the following conditions now___________NA_________ and those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid to reject the puppy due to these conditions.
The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 3 days from date of purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours and provide written documentation from vet stating such facts. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered. Parasites or viruses such as Parvovirus are not covered, as those could be acquired after the pet leaves the sellers possession and are treatable, or any other common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, Coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites and other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer after sold. This dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. Replacement of puppy will be made with the next available litter, same sex as above; if the entire following requirement is made, provided puppy and A.K.C. Dog Registration Application are returned at buyers expense and puppy has not been hurt or injured. The buyer agrees to pay transportation costs on replacement puppy. If buyer elects to have genetic problem fixed, if possible, seller will reimburse buyer for expenses up to a maximum of $100.00 after receiving original bill from licensed veterinarian in lieu of a replacement puppy. Any additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of buyer or puppy may be returned as stated above.
No cash refunds will be given. Seller is not responsible for accidents that happen after Buyer receives the puppy. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery (such as hernias) are not covered by any guarantee. Bloat is also not covered, as this is a condition known to many medium and large size dogs and is preventable with proper care of the dog.
If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession of the puppy, provided the puppy is returned in the same condition as on the date of sale. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious diseases. Hip and elbow dysplasia and pathological spinal disorder is covered for 1 year from date of purchase with the same conditions as above in effect. Your dog has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure his health. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. If the puppy dies you must have followed all advice by your veterinarian and have an autopsy performed by your state lab and provide a copy of the report to Seller at Buyers expense. Any and all veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
The Seller states that puppies have received the following vaccinations – Distemper-Hepatitis, Leptospirosis-Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. Puppies will be wormed, tails will be docked and dewclaws removed. Boosters will need to be given after receipt by buyer, and Rabies vaccine will be needed at the time of the final booster.
The Buyer's Responsibility
The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly , maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. All dogs sold must stay current on acceptable vaccination and other health prevention schedules such as heartworm etc.
This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing or money making operation.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, Seller’s agents, employees and representatives, from any and all loss, damage, and expense whatsoever from the acts of any kind whatsoever, any and all claims, presentation or demand from any person whomever, including Buyer, arising out of or having to do with the prior or present care, housing, breeding, training, mortality, capacity and health of said puppy. Buyer acknowledges that the care and training is acknowledged by the buyer to be his/her responsibility.
This dog is sold with limited registration (unless otherwise noted). Limited-Participation in all events other than AKC Breed Ring is allowed, offspring of this dog are not eligible for registration, and there are no breeding rights unless prior arrangements have been made. Dog is register-able through the American Kennel Club. The Buyer will register the puppy with the AKC prior to 1 year of age, with the prefix Patman to appear first in the name.
Buyer agrees not to breed this dog. This dog is to be spayed or neutered (unless otherwise noted). This puppy will be registered on a limited registration and spaying/neutering is required by 1 year of age unless prior approval has been given in writing by the breeder. If the Buyer feels that this puppy is indeed show or performance competition quality, and the Seller agrees, the limited registration can be lifted by the Seller. Limited registration in no way prevents this puppy from participating in any AKC event except for the conformation ring.
In the event the buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to the Seller the first chance to take this dog back. In the event of a re-sale the Buyer must notify the Seller with the new name and address of the new buyer. Buyer agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company or establishment. If at any point Buyer cannot care for the animal during the course of its life, Seller will take back the animal at Buyer's expense with no refunds. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyers expense and all disputes must be settled in the state of Texas. This dog is sold to you as a pet only and nothing further. There are no oral representations, or warranties not contained herein, this contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. All implied guarantees are hereby excluded. The buyer has read and agrees to the above written guarantee on above date.
The Care and feeding instructions were given to you along with the health and shot records for this dog. Enjoy your new GSP!
This is the entire agreement between the parties and is valid and agreed to by all parties. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller any and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of the Contract. All parties have read and understood and agreed to this contract in full by signing below.

1. We strongly advise to feed your puppy a ‘Large Breed’ Puppy Food. This helps with controlling your puppy’s weight gain and structural development. Puppy has been eating Science Diet Large Breed Puppy, available at most pet stores . Overweight dogs are not healthy dogs.
2. We also recommend that your puppy IS NOT encouraged to run up and down stairs excessively.
3. DO NOT have your puppy retrieve on vinyl, tile or ceramic floors (where their feet constantly slide out from under them.
4. There are many available sources of information to start your puppy towards a rewarding and successful life with your family. Many activities where you and the pup will enjoy each other by spending quality time together.
5. ALL PUPPIES SHOULD BE SOCIALIZED AND INTRODUCED TO NEW PEOPLE, PLACES, DOGS, CATS,ETC TO AVOID BEHAVIORAL ISSUES LATER IN LIFE. Puppies need to be properly socialized which include obedience training and that the buyer spends a large amount of time socializing your dog daily. The dog is not to be kept chained or tied up, allowed to run loose, teased or otherwise abused.
6. Additional training is recommended by a certified trainer if you plan to hunt with your dog.
